Meet Taran Theel
As Assistant Project Manager of General Excavating’s Heavy Civil and Shoring Divisions, Taran supports project teams in planning and delivering solutions for complex infrastructure needs across Nebraska and South Dakota. Working alongside private and public owners, Taran helps coordinate projects involving the rehabilitation of existing structures and construction of new bridges, box culverts, vaults, reservoirs, drainage systems, shoring systems, and other critical infrastructure.
Taran also helps lead General Excavating’s shoring and sheet piling operations, including the Drury Development Project in Omaha, Nebraska. The $1.3M job includes the installation of approximately 1,000 LF of Heliwall Panels and 162 LF of temporary steel sheet pile as part of a shoring system to support future building excavations. Taran also works closely with field crews, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure projects like Drury Development are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
