Located near Seward, Nebraska, this project included the installation of a temporary steel sheet pile cofferdam, installed by our crane and vibro hammer attachment in the middle of the channel in order to build the bridge pier.
This project also included the removal of an existing 4-span steel truss bridge with timber decking. In addition, the construction of a new 3-span NU1600 concrete girder bridge with approaches and pavement sections, 10″ doweled concrete pavement, associated grading, and 174 LF of 18″, 24″, and 30″ CMP.
